Applications
For use in telephone central office applications, gateways fiber optic amplifiers, wireless towers, data centers, battery back-ups, back-up generators, UPS systems and similar equipment. EPR/CPE Low Smoke 2000 V/108/04101.

Construction
  • UL 44, 2000 V
  • Conductor is tinned annealed copper in accordance with ASTM B-33, B-172, B-173.
  • Insulation is EPR compound per ICEA S-68-51E, UL 44.
  • Jacket is low smoke, heat resisting, flame retardant, oil and sunlight resistant CPE or CP compound.
  • Color of Jacket is black, also available blue, red, green.
  • Maximum conductor operating temperature 90oC wet or dry.
  • Maximum short circuit 250oC

    Standards
  • UL listed as Telephone Central Office Power Cable
  • Flame resistance - cables 1/0 and larger listed and marked FT4/IEEE 1202 and for CT Use.
  • + Low Smoke Characteristics - UL LS FT4/IEEE 1202 meets smoke release and other requirements of vertical cable tray test UL 1685.
  • + MSHA accepted, Approval No. 7K-254020; UL VW-1
  • + Extremely flexible class I stranding used for increased flexibility and easy installation, class H at request.
  • + UL Standard 44. Thermoset Insulated Wires and Cables, Type RHH, RHW-2.

    Notes
  • These ampacities are based on single conductor in free air, 40oC ambient air temperature, 90oC conductor operating temperature.
